12 steps to effective Prayer

1. (First, take care of your physical Body!)

Close your eyes, relax and take a deep breath!

2. (Then, take care of your Mind!)

Realize that, for now, all the noise outside of you as well as all the thoughts in your mind do not matter: you are coming back to Your SELF!

3. (Finally, take care of your Spirit!)

   Go within!

  Express your intention to meet your Higher Self, the Eternal Divine Angel within!

  In doing so, you connect with the DIVINE!

4. From that higher space of Being, now take your time to FORGIVE!

    Forgive anybody and anything that is causing you to tighten any muscles. (Check your jaws when    thinking of any person or situation coming up to your mind!) Look at their Higher Divine Self with compassion … remember that any behavior that did not come from LOVE simply came from fear…

and let go…FORGIVE! Let go…and feel the lightness in your heart!

5. Most important: Now forgive YOURSELF!

6. BE there NOW!

    Contemplate the Divine within!

    Enjoy just being there now!

7. BE in the VOID…

    Know that Void is the opposite of Emptiness: it is the “No-space No-time” from which ALL is created…

8. Now that you are in touch with WHO YOU REALLY ARE, let the One Question come up for which you want an answer or help now!

Remember Jesus Christ’s words: “Ask and it is given!”

9. …and LET GO!!!…TRUST!

    Let the Universe answer!

10. LISTEN!

      Take your time to listen! Open all channels!

11. Give THANKS!

      Remember: GRATITUDE is the best attitude!

12. BE HAPPY! !!!!!!!   !!!!!!!!!!!!!!         !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
