"This was what it was like to be me last night...
It took me a while to get there. I set my intention before I saw anything.
And then, there it was. My soul. A blazing white ball that just engulfed me.
I was giddy. I was shaking and trembling. I was soaring. I was connected withall that is. I was pure energy, pure love, pure... just pure. I was beautiful.
It was sheer bliss as I met other souls. I saw some of my soul family at
rest, others were busy, but all took the time to embrace me. It was the most
beautiful thing I've ever experienced. I saw divinity. I felt 1 love. I
thought I was going to vibrate right out of the room.
Afterwards, I just sat there in complete awe. It was one of the few times
that words have completely failed me.
In short, it was the single most blissful thing I've ever felt. It was truly
wonderful.
On the way home, three streetlights went out as I drove under them!

This morning, as I drove to work, I started crying while listening
to a song called "Conviction of the Heart" -- the lyrics finally made sense.

I have not been feeling myself these last few months going through menopause. I also have been suffering from breathing problems and asthma and still undergoing tests. Just after the first meditation, I could feel so much energy and after the very end felt so energized and back in sync with myself, for the first time, in a very long time.
